Return Policy
Process for Return Policy Eligibility
- Accepted Finishes: We accept returns for Raw Polished and Burnt finishes.
- Non-Returnable Items: Anodized colors are made to order and cannot be accepted for return.

- Anodized Colors For example - Green, Skyline Blue, Tial Purple, Pink, Rose Gold, Gold, Deep Blue, Midnight Purple. These are Sold as is.

- If there is a mistake on our part, we absolutely take care of the issue!
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Opened packaging is acceptable.
- Timeline: Returns must be initiated and the item delivered within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Fees and Shipping
- Restocking Fees: Returns delivered within 15 days incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns delivered within 16–30 days incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please pack your items carefully, as we are not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we are happy to help. Please request an exchange through us; the customer is responsible for the associated shipping fee.
